Texture Pack Summary
I tried the Hattoricraft texture pack for Minecraft Bedrock and it gives the game a fresh ninja and samurai themed style. The textures feel clean, polished, and have a comic book influence that makes blocks, mobs, and villages stand out. Passive mobs like sheep, cows, and pigs have been redesigned with fun and unusual looks, while chickens have even been turned into ducks. Villages feel lively with samurai style golems and villagers that include both male and female designs.
The Nether and the End also feel very different in this pack. Creepers look like lizards, spiders are colourful, and skeletons have a blocky but striking design. The Nether has a molten, mechanical look with eerie mobs, while the Ender Dragon and Enderman have horror inspired appearances. Weapons and armour follow the ninja theme too, with swords, katanas, and armour sets that match the comic art style. Even though the pack hasn’t been updated past version 1.18, it still delivers a fun and unique experience.
Pros
- Unique ninja theme - Brings a samurai and ninja style to mobs, armour, and the world.
- Clean and polished art style - Textures feel smooth, comic influenced, and carefully drawn.
- Creative mob redesigns - Creepers become lizards, chickens become ducks, and pigs look like warthogs.
- Villager variety - Includes male and female villagers with distinct anime inspired faces.
- Detailed weapons and armour - Adds katanas, ninja masks, and unique weapon variations.
Cons
- Outdated version - Only updated to Minecraft 1.18, missing newer blocks and features.
- Loss of original colours - Prismarine and Nether fortress blocks look drained compared to vanilla.
- Some copy-paste designs - Weapon and armour sets share similar bases with minor changes.
- Overly blocky mobs - Some mob faces look flat and less detailed compared to modern packs.
- Weaker endgame detail - Ancient cities and newer features lack unique textures.
